MD it is really difficult for me to feel sympathy for most in this position. I have angered so many people by simply stating that if someone is on food stamps or section 8 that they are already dead. They are. I am retired military and have made my life structured for the fact that it won’t be there. So my vehicles are old. People laughed. So I don’t have cable. People laughed. So we sold our home and bought land off the grid. People laughed. So I bought gold and silver. People laughed.
Tell you one thing though, my family eats without food being loaded in a vehicle we can’t afford.
Our redneck, ignorant, God fearing, fear mongering, non vaccinated asses will be just fine.
Now WE laugh!
AMEN to that Mark!
You are of the mindset that built this country.
I call myself a Realist…good to see someone else in this mindset…
We’ve work our ass off to prepare and become debt free .
I people aren’t willing to make cuts in their lifestyle, then their lifestyle is going to eat them alive .
Thanks MD
Thanks for providing all the information that you have. I am appreciative of your help.
By the way, love your new camera! On my tablet, the color is fantastic, there is more depth to the picture, and the picture is more clear than before.
Drive a hard bargain, stand firm in your convictions, live below your means, and count every blessing, stay humble internally towards our creator. I am a widow in my mid 50s in Wyoming, not completly off grid but I do have a wood stove, chickens, and I am between 2 rivers, gonna stock up on primers to trade to local hunters in exchange for meat later, buy my meat local for now, I pray that my greenhouse holds up. I have worked hard but that wood stove, the freeze dryer, they are paid for, i still have a little debt and busting my a** to get it all paid off before the levy breaks and at least this house is paid for and I have an acre of land, it is not much but it’s the best I can do, and I’ll keep driving my 1992. I could care less what people think. My back hurts, I fall short every day but I cracked open a mason jar, formed some dough I had in the fridge and baked some buns, put some of the pork seasoning on the meat and made me a sandwich after work and i coulld still do all that should the grid go down!
