I sold my big 1800 sq ft home and bought a small 560′ vintage cottage in the mtns of WNC. It’s a perfect house size for prepping for one or two. I wanted to be debt free and praise GOD, I now am. I also own a 8×16 unused tiny house, just in case. The 560′ cottage suits my needs for prepping space.. The teeny tiny homes (under 200′) are cute but would not allow me or others to store up food preps without additional outbuildings. I remember seeing a video you did talking about selling your big home and living in something smaller again. I guess you changed your mind?? I also watched a video where you said you sent in your last mortgage check. Way to go. I enjoy your YT videos. Keep it up. Blessings.
