Fact. You are spot on. Their “plan” was even laid out in the 1981 movie called “Early Warning”. You can find the movie on Tubi. Just watched it Christmas Day 2023. If you are not into religious movies than just watch two small clips that spell it all out. “Their Plan” can be found at the very beginning 3:30 mark (4 minutes). And “How do we stop them” at the ending 1:22:15 mark. Older movie, a bit cheesy, but overall worth watching. Who knows, maybe it will wake someone up or just confirm what some already know.

My Thought’s on this.
There was a Chinese General that in a speech in 2004ish, stated that they must invade three countries and take them over to provide enough food to feed China’s growing population.
The speech was translated from Mandarin to English you can find it online if you want to do a bit of digging. Those three countries are Australia, Canada, and the United States. That’s why I could see a cyber/direct attack on the power grid to shut everything down more viable than a full on Nuclear or EMP attack. They could hit a few areas in the country with tactical nukes D.C etc. but they wouldn’t want to contaminate the land they need for crop production. An EMP would damage too much of the infrastructure that they would need to facilitate getting the crops harvested and processed. With a cyber/direct attack on the grid they can turn off the power, but the grid remains mostly intact. Wait a year to eighteen months and start landing troops on the West coast or pushing them up from Mexico/Cuba. Per the EMP commissions report 90% of the population will have died or killed each other off… sounds like easy pickings.
